Also, after taping those recent batch of episodes, I’ve decided to take a drastic step with this little Internet game show….
There’s an actual budget being formed!
But of course, with an actual budget (and it being small), that also means that the prizes are going to be slashed a bit. Instead of prizes for up to $100, contestants can win up to $10 (still pretty good for someone who doesn’t know what they’re getting themselves into)…
But to sweeten the deal a little, the left pocket prize is now going to become a progressive jackpot, starting at $5 (hence $10 for the bonus prize) and going up by $1 every time it’s not won. And considering the track record of the show, we could have some big winners! And to make things fair, the right pocket prize will be proportionate to the left pocket prize on a rough 5 to 1 ratio.
Still confused? Hopefully you won’t. But I also hope this slashing of prizes will help to get people to be interested in the show, rather than cheapen it….
And we’re still working on trying to get Conan O’Brien on the show, but, like with most other celebrities, it might be a long shot….
